In Florida the last time I was there I was fortunate enough to go on several boat cruises, particularly because I wanted to get a good view of how the coast line was effected by the hurricanes. I should mention that these weren't the commercial "cruises", cause they are out of my pocket range. However, the locals are always the best method to see and discover the natural way of life in any community.

While I was there I did a lot of sketching, which this painting is completed from. It was hot that day, and really breezy.
